Servic and admin stinks.

The service delivery was good, however, the DVD writer we ordered never worked from scratch. We also ordered two cell phone chargers. One of them stopped working after a week! When following the return instructions on their website I was told that I never had any orders from them?? Strange, because they delivered them. What a crock, don't they know we had the items delivered? Customer service really stinks. So if you are considering an online purchase, maybe try some other company. This company does not have any customer service.
