Seriously poor Service Levels!

<p>I have been receiving some poor service from Takealot recently, which is not usually the case.<br /><br />It is not my job to follow up on outstanding orders, missed delivery dates and what not.<br /><br />Please communicate effectively with disgruntled customers!
