seriously pathetic

Hi <br> <br> I have placed and order and cancelled the order a day later, This order states that it has been delivered, I would like to know who it was delivered to. This is unacceptable because I was not contacted in the interim and I am not only reachable by phone, it is also e-mail as well. If you have delivered to the wrong person I suggest that you either get it back on your own and REFUND my money immediately like I requested. I called in and the call was cut on me. Totally not ok! fix this immediately and I will escalate this because you guys do not follow protocol. <br> <br> I said that this refund is urgent and it better be processed soon as this is a fault on behalf of takealot and your couriers. I am not going to lose out on my money due to your carelessness <br>
