Seriously late delivery

I ordered three products from Takealot on 26 December 2017. According to the tracking information they were all shipped together and were due to arrive on 29 December. Only two of the products arrived then and on my account it shows that everything has been delivered. I have been trying to get some information out of them since then regarding the whereabouts of the products but have recieved little solid information. When i tried to contact the courier company I have been given different information regarding the product. I still don’t know where it is and have yet to recieve any useful information.

This is horrible and very frustrating.
