Seriously after ordering everything I basically need I get no response

On the 7th of July I returned a pair of wireless headset that had a low volume ability, I returned the headphones but today 3rd of August I have not heard anything. I shop many times a month with Takealot and I feel they don't have any consideration for myself and are just ignoring my request as I did not have ever small item inclued to return the headphones .
