Serious Integrity Questions - BE WARNED
<p>I added stuff to my cart after taking pics and sending them to my wife. I went home and this evening when I wanted to pay and finalize the order I see they changed the size. They however forgot to chage it at the items description at the bottom. I have proof to back up my claims.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems that Takealot browses your "cart" while you are still shopping and makes changes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lets give them time to respond </p>
Just to elaborate they changed the size of item i initially ordered but the price remained. In other words they altered my basket without informing me.
surely you cannot change peoples cart without them knowing??? Fortunately I took pictures with my ohone of the psysical web pages or else I would have no proof but now i do.
