Sent product in because it was not meeting the name of the adverti*****t, still haven't received the product back

<p>I bought an Android TV Media Player from Takealot in October 2016. The name states a Media Player. So at first I thought, at last I can play Youtube from my phone on the Android TV via the streaming method from Youtube. No luck, so I went to the lengths of downloading other apps to do this for me. Not quite what I expected. Now from December before I left for vacation the Media Player started to stop go stop go on youtube. I let the Internet guys came out to fix my internet. Still same experience. I cant even play a normal moview from the memory stick without having this issue. The sound is perfect, but the video quality is so bad. It looks like it is buffering, but only the video. So I sent the product in 2017-01-17. On 21 Jan you have told me nothing is wrong and sent it back. After talking to your team regarding the return I has supposed to be returned to me on 25, 26 and 27 Jan, still no luck. Your team states that the product will be returned on that day, and nothing is happening. Now I have a defective product which you state works, you do not have the product anymore, I do not have the product to test your findings. How long do I still have to wait for the Media player to be returned as I am getting sick and tired after sending it back for the reason that you state is not a problem. So either the product must be in my grasp by COB 30 January 2017 or I want my refund for this as this is highly unprofessional!!</p>
