Sent me the wrong size and rejected my return.

I ordered a slimming body shaper for my wife. I ordered size Small but I received size Large. I processed a return on the basis that I was sent the wrong size. My return was rejected on the basis that the item was used. The item was never used. It was 2 sizes too big - How could it possibly be used? This is very upsetting and i am very disappointed with Takealot. The item was R199 - inexpensive - but its not only about the money - Their rejection is just ethically and morally wrong - I feel like I have been cheated. Also, I collected the item and dropped it off at at a Takealot pick-up point - and I will receive the same useless item again - Just a huge waste of time. This makes me angry and frustrated.
