Sent me the same broken item back after return

This is one of the WORST businesses i have ever seen. I ordered a R15999 item and when i received it, it was second hand. I sent it back and waited a whole week even though i paid extra for faster delivery…and they sent me back THE EXACT SAME ITEM I SENT BACK BEFORE!

When i spoke to Neil the manager he informed me that “He does not pick and pack the items so he cant tell me what happened”

I then told him to credit me the amount i paid using mobicred back into my mobicred account and i will be buying it somewhere else.

He then said he will do that and give me extra credit onto my takealot account and i said do it. THAT CREDIT WILL DIE THERE BECAUSE IM NOT USING IT

I wouldn't even trust Takealot to ship me a packet of simba peanuts.

This company is a JOKE! And i will never in my life be buying from them again.
