My wife bought a bottle of Richelieu 10 year brandy, the black label bottle and was charged R585 as per their online portal. I received the bottle today but actually received the blue label Richelieu 10 year brandy which retails for R249. They didn't send us what we ordered but they are very happy to keep the money! Previously my wife bought a Microsoft package and paid for it, it didn't arrive and when she queried it as they had stock online she was told the supplier increased the price by a R1000 and she must now pay R1000 more. They are ******* and should not be supported.
