sends wrong items and does not deliver correct items

Ordered on the 28th of November ... got my delivery .. marked as what i ordered and when i opened the package it was a completely different item ... now i have to wait another 2 weeks for them to review and send the thing i ordered when the mistake was on their side!!! Horrible service!! ive told them i am leaving today and need urgent delivery of what i ordered but no one can assist! no communication from thei part on whats going on either!
