Sending wrong products for umpteenth time

Really fed up with Takealot sending wrong products for umpteenth time. Worst part is they send the wrong product and it is according to their application non-returnable. I ordered HB6 Headblade blades but they sent me HB4 Headblade blades which are cheaper and not what I ordered. Cannot wait for Amazon to set up shop in SA so we can get good service
