sending short items

order a banded pack, stapler punch and staples, the pack was open and the staples was short. been trying to get hold of takelot but you can only speak to robots. i logged a return and then thye state all items must be returned???? how can I return if not all items have been received?? no one to help no email address to send and ask telephones just ring???? maybe I f i log a complaint then some one will contact me and not a robot...
