Sending knock off products and charging for expensive ones

So I buy a 2k Body cam from takealot for R1300 I search for a camera so I can have it the Sunday so I choose the next day delivery, when I opened my package it was damaged and they sent me a product that is R300 on takealot, so if I did not notice they would have ripped me off with over R1k and now I don't have the product I ordered and my day is spoiled.
