Sending back exact same expired product as a "replacement"

So pathetic service. For the second time I've recieving expired dog food products. I use them for convenience but they take advantage by sending out expired stuff. First time I had to throw out R400+ worth of dog food. The second time I processed a return. A week later I get delivered the exact same expired product!!! Down to the serial number! It was was a tick and flea product for my dog. I couldn't believe the audacity to send back the same expired product! They could have said they dont have a replacement and refunded me and that would have been fine. So I now requested for a refund myself instead. Karma. They have had to pay a nice pleasant driver for 4 trips when it could have been avoided by just doing a refund to start with.
