Selling used/returned goods as new is *****.

Thus far my experience with Takealot has been OK. Up to just now. Bought 2 Sonos One speakers at the new price, expecting new products. One was fine, the other had obviously been opened - the seal on thebox and on the bag inside was broken, the user leaflets were in disarray and there were dirty finger marks on the side and top. On closer inspection, the box alse appeared significantly worse for wear than the box the other, brand new product came in.

Selling returned/demo goods as new at the full price is *****, and in my books that is a VERY bad thing for a company like Takealot, who of necessity has to operate on a high level of customer trust.

Well, no more trusting Takelot for this customer - something like this could not have been an accident, some supervisor or manager at Takealot HAD to have made the decision to ship this product and hope the customer does not notice, and in the process de*****ed me.
