SELLING USED ITEMS...!

SELLING USED ITEMS?!??!?!?!?!?

Used items, REPEATEDLY sent. I have been ordering from take-a-lot for years, but i am finding a new supplier. In the past 3 months, i've ordered 5 shipments of which at least 2 items per shipment were opened or damaged. This is getting really pathetic. The last item i returned, and when it was replaced, it had more items in the box than the first item did...
