Selling stuff they don't have and then saying they lost it

I would like to say thank you for the second rounds poor service. This is now the second time you have canceled my order without noticing me. And don't tell me you have lost my parcel, it is a 15kg Gazebo, I am not an idiot, I know exactly how you deal, then there is no call what so ever from a manager to contact me. You people are horrible and will never support you ever again, your not trustworthy
