Selling returned/2nd hand items

I ordered a portable projector that once opened I noticed was defective. A return was arranged and the replacement for the same product arrived today. The product replacement was not new as the packaging had been removed. all accessories had been opened. The protective cover for the lens was removed and the lens was scratched. I think some suppliers that Takelot is using are selling returned or 2nd hand items. I do know that Takelot cannot be blamed, but perhaps they can contact the supplier of the goods so this no longer happens.
