Selling products that expired in 2019

I've been buying toner cartridges for one of the cleaners at our complex. Her daughter is in matric in Zimbabwe and prints documents for fellow students to help pay for her own school fees. The cleaner then pays for the cartridges to be taken through to Zimbabwe at a high cost. I have reported to Takealot that the cartridges that have been delivered to me show that they expired in 2019. I returned a number of cartridges, but some were not checked and one was used. When the child tried to print, she had the message Not Readable on the printer, and now the printer has been damaged. This is totally unacceptable as Takealot was warned that this had taken place and has just ignored my emails.
