Selling out of stock items

1. I can’t find the complaints procedure on the Takealot website - this does not treat the customer fairly as I had to call them and still it was difficult to submit a complaint.

2. I eventually made a complaint about them selling items they do not have in stock. Then they send me a similar item which I have to return. They say it it was a mistake but when I insist on receiving the correct product they say they don’t have that product. The person I corresponded with refuses to escalate my complaint to a higher level.

Takealot you are seriously going down the tubes. I want this complaint escalated.
