SELLING INCORRECT SIZES

underwear, a bra which allowed me to return due to cup size which is incorrect , its from China after I was told the item will be return to me but I said the item is defective the cup size is incorrect, well emails was send up and down and still today I have no idea if my money will be refunded , seriously check your quality control from suppliers products you want to sell, check that sizing is right, R349 is a lot of money to loose when you purchase the correct size but the product is not , so do your homework when you purchase these type of items they not very helpful and say you cannot return it but it allowed me too, really bunch of senseless people working there what is so difficult to understand if the cup size is wrong and I did order even bigger than my normal size how do you expect me to keep a item I cannot wear when the mistake is on your supplier side and you selling the product with confidence that it will be the correct size. Disgusted
