Selling false things New but Used

Bought 3 phone Itel, Ipad and Samsung Galaxy A06 they said they were all New but the Samsung was used bcs on 2days after usage battery went off after i charged it requested a pin, i dont know whose pin now logged in return it was regretted reason they where asking the same pin from me😏😖😖Now they said they are shipping my phone back why must they say things are new while they are used or secondhand 😖😖
