Selling **** Brands!!!

I'm a huge fan of the Globe brand because of it's quality and in August 2015 I purchased a backpack from takealot(order number: ***) hoping to get the same quality bag that I had with my previous Globe backpacks that I bought in Australia. To my utter shock the bag purchased from takealot is not falling apart within 6 months and the other bags which I got from Australia for years now are still as good as new, even better looking than the takealot backpack. This is not the first I'm having quality issues with items that I bought from takealot even though I did not complain at first. I took this up with takealot and an agent gladly assisted me and told me that they have a 1 year warranty policy on Globe backpacks but couldn't assist me any further because I no longer have a profile with them. The agent told me I need to take the matter up with the supplier if I don't have a profile with them, as if the supplier sold me the item in question. No after sale service whatsoever!!!
