Selling damaged poor quality products

I have bought two Totland inflatable swimming vests for kids just before Christmas. The first time it was opened was at the beach and upon attempting to inflate the pink one we noticed two tiny holes in the vest. Takealot refused the return stating it was damaged by the user. I would not recommend these vest as it is of low quality. China Town sells the exact same vest at a lower price as well. Takealot your handling of the situation is shocking!! Your only communication with me was every time I followed up on my return. This is not the 1st time I have noticed you selling either broken products, used products and products with missing parts. Your standards are dropping. I WANT MY ACCOUNT CREDITED. The nerve to sell me a damaged product and further state it was used and damaged by the user!!
