Selling counterfeit goods and not refunding confirmed refunds.

I bought what was advertised as a "certified" moissanite necklace. Three times I tried all were ****. They sent a message and it is documented that my refund was processed at 09h09 on the 10th of March. Refund concluded.... only when I called Asandile confirmed that no refund had been processed. So first I get ******* into buying a **** item and then I get **** to regarding my refund. Surely this can not be legal. My money gets taken immediately for **** items falsely advertised as being real and then they say they have refunded the product only they did not. My calls also are recorded and it was confirmed that had I not called to ask about the 2 refunds of which one was apparently refunded on the 11th, the other counterfeit product would never be refunded. The email send to me was does not say the refund process will be escalated, but just the matter has been escalated. So they sell counterfeit and then keep your money but tell you that you have been refunded. If you want to buy counterfeit goods and have your money dissappear, buy from Takealot. I will see what my bank says if they can return the payment seeing how counterfeit goods are ******* and I have written and verbal proof of a supposed refund.
