Selling broken products

I am so disappointed in these people and there service . I bought a set of earphones last week the day it arrived it was not working . I called them was returned and has to wait a week for replacement. New ones arrived and 3 days later it's broken again . I'm so frustrated . What now? Replace or just write off my money
