Selling broken laptops

Bought a Dell laptop from Takealot for R42K, two weeks later the laptop has a watermark on the trackpad and it does not work without a charger, Upon sending the laptop back they have declined the change of laptop and responded that its a user damage, Have bought more then 3 laptops from them before but none of them gave problem and the first one giving me a problem and this is the attitude i get from them
