SELLERS DONT MATTER

I am a seller on Takealot. Reaching out to them for assistance is a worthless exercise. They do not seem to care for their sellers which is such a pity, as without us they would not exist. This complaint is about me reaching out to their seller compliance. I sent a message through their online portal to which i got zero response. I then emailed on the 30th Oct 2020, got a response requesting further info, which rep**** to immediately. 9 days later i got a response to my reply requesting the same info which was listed below! I responded again. That was on the 9th Oct. Still heard nothing. Seems they just dont care! I have tried to call their support call centre on numerous occasions. I am currently holding, and have been doing so for over an hour... PATHETIC.. lets see them blame poor Covid!
