Seller Support - Worst Service - Worst Experience

Being struggling with their Seller support team which seems to be worthless, I have escalated missing stock, false cancelation fees but no one can give an answer, when I call in to the seller support team and ask for an escalation number They tell me that this is the only way to escalate, ive escalated many times the same issue with no solution. My first escalation was done on the 11th May , today we on the 26th May and no 1 has called back or even better resolved the call. Would not recommend using this route to sell items, worst service ever and worst experience ever.
