Seller support on Takealot is no support!!!

At this stage I cannot even rate The seller support on Takealot. We have had issues and after a month got through to a manager, who first did respond and said they will look into the matter, every single day I phone into Seller Support on Takealot and email the managers only to get another ticker number with no solution, our stock had been disabled and its been a month and all I asked was what is the solution, what can we do to activate the stock or to remove it or what? You cant get hold of anyone ever, and its costing our company time and money. Does not even have the decency to reply. There is no support nor assistance
