Seller service is absolutely shocking!!!

These people make lots and lots of money from their sellers and there is no service whatsoever. They do not respond to emails and they do not follow their own so called system. I have removed all my stock in January... waited 3 months for them to have it ready for collection... they ended up packing it in 4 boxes and due to a couple of returns it ended up being 7 boxes in total that I were to collect at the JHB warehouse. After booking collection with our courier service that have booked it on the Takealot system using their references they ended up giving 1 single box which they call a "partial handover" to our courier which resulted in us having to rebook the entire thing again typing each and every reference into the system individually because all these bookings were no longer available to be booked due to it already booked and not collected. All proof was sent to Takealot and they confirmed that we can rebook as all has been found in their warehouse. Once again we followed their system and rebooked everything waiting another week for an available date to collect and once again 1 single box was handed over to our courier... another partial handover. They do not care about us as sellers having to fork out courier fees for every single partial handover they give us after making over R10k from my company in less than a month in January. They still have my stock and after I emailed them all the info and proof they were going to get back to me... it has been 2 weeks and I receive e-mails saying they are going to dispose the rest of my stock still sitting at their warehouse. These guys only care about making money as they invoiced me R460 this month instead of R350 that they normally invoice. I have not been able to make money since January as they are sitting with my stock. They have sent me 2 boxes with my courier which they clearly just tossed all the stock in a box... some have no packaging and there are broken items in the box as they clearly just threw everything in a box.
