Seller Goods Not Booked In (Seller ID 785665)

We have sent 2 shipments to takealot to be booked in in order to sell on our portal. The stock has been delivered weeks ago but we cannot get ANY response as to what is happening to our stock. In the meantime, we are not getting revenue as the stock is just sitting somewhere and nobody can assist.

How can you run a big selling platform like takealot and not get your processes right?? We need to get this sorted as we have a few R100k in stock lost in your warehouse and cannot generate an income because of it.
