Seller disappointed

As a seller on Takealot and doing business with them for 3 years, the service is utterly disgusting. I've been waiting months for my items to be returned to me they are very quick to return the money to customers and deduct my account but to solve a query I wait weeks for a stupid reply like we will notify you when we get an update. hopefully amazon will come and do a better job than these clowns
