Seller compliance team garbage, no wait, non-existent support

Absolute dog**** service from the compliance team. We have recently opened a seller account with takealot and have shipped our first batch to their DC's. Now (about a month and a half ago) seller compliance team has emailed me saying that our stock has been sitting at their warehouses for THREE AND A HALF YEARS. I've submitted my compliance queries - nothing - most of them have been closed as "Resolved". Every time i call seller support (twice a week every week), they say they can't do anything but escalate with compliance team (my issue has probably escalated so high even god cant reach it). When i ask for a manager, no manager is available. Never mind that our restock privileges have been revoked, now we've been billed for storage fees on ALL of our products. I am beyond furious. Unbelievable
