Seller

I am a seller on takealot I have sold goods over 10000to takealot over black Friday and they have short paid me.

I have logged a complaint .they asked me of how I got my figures I gave them reports but I don't seem to be getting anywhere with them .

Is there someone who can help or experience the same issues
