Security breaches on Takealot systems

Just recently learnt that a person can intercept and temper with your Takealot order.I reported two orders that I felt appeared to have been tempered with on the 21/05/2026 and spoke to Naeelah.K.She assured me that a proper investigation was to be conducted but when the parcel had to be collected she discontinued all communication.I think the is either a syndicate *****ing from our packages with in Takealot or a massive cover up to hide security breaches within their systems.I think buying any consumables like food items would be dangerous considering an authorised person could have access to your products.Even worse that even your banking information could end up with ********s.People please be warned
