SECUNDA PICKUP is clueless

I went to collect my order and was informed it was not that (at secunda pick up) they informed me i would get an sms informing me about what is to happen and i have not recieved any feedback. cant even contact takealot because they dont have any emails for complaints. i want my money back or my Parcel.
