Secretly changing delivery date!

I'm writing this for awareness and hoping things will change with the giant, especially when competition has entered the market.

When you order something, even if you have Take a Lot more, they will secretly change the delivery date and not notify customers of the change date. I was expecting an order on Monday this week, on Monday it shifted to Tuesday, Today I see its moved to Wednesday.

I have to arrange for someone to collect my items, and they just move it without pushing a notification or email, this is utter BS and not customer focused.
