Secondhand Parts

Ri ordered a set of head lights for my vehicle. Upon nstalling I found one light which is new and the other which is second hand and some wires cut off. I drove 400km to collect the goods, now I must return the goods and wait for the assessment team to do an assesment before I will have any sort of outcome. In the mean while I must sit without this vehicle while they want to investigate how this happened.

If I wanted second hand goods I would have bought it by a second hand shop
