Second time in one month

"Very poor experience with this company. They failed to deliver my parcel on the promised date of February 14th, 2025, and it's now February 20th, 2025, with no parcel in sight.

The lack of communication from the company is staggering. No updates, no apologies, no explanations. I urgently need the parcel before Sunday, and I'm still waiting for a delivery date.

I expect a higher level of service, especially when it comes to delivery times. I hope the company takes steps to improve their service and communicates with customers in a timely manner.
