Second late delivery in a row. No feedback. No delivery. No communication. STILL DONT HAVE MY PARCEL.

For the second time in a row I have NOT received my parcel on the date it was set for delivery. I have received NO communication. NO late notice. NO update online. Staff sends generic apology email.

Staff lie to us about delivery date and location of parcel.

Left in the learch YET again by takealot.com and this is the last time I will ever order from Takealot.com.

I do not want to hear another apology or excuse of backlog, been **** to enough now thank you.

Pathetic service and customer care and I will make it known to EVERYONE I can that they must NEVER order off Takealot.com
