Second incident that I'm being given a run around by takealot. Com. I need my refund

I am a frastrated customer that has been ambushed by the takealot. Each time I order item from them they always have a way of delivering n incorrect one. N when I should return it, it's a mission. This time they gave me an item that costs R200 less n I descovered that a few days later. Now I demand my refund. They are taking me from pillar to post. It is ***** n day light *******
