SECOND HAND products at new product prices

I ordered a One Step Hair dryer and styler from takealot on 23 September 2021 and requested a express delivery that costs R100...I finally got my order today 25 September 2021. I immediatly opened the order once I got in my house, just to see that takealot gave me a SECOND HAND USED product with someone elses hair still stuck on the brush. Now the R100 delivery goes to waste because takealot gives SECOND HAND products at a new product price...this is the 2nd time this happens. I would say people need to think twice before ordering anything on takealot and make sure that it is a new product
