Second hand products and bad service

I bought heater from takealot on the 26 April 2021. When i received it,the box looked old,and bent,when i got hom i found that it was second hand item.

I returned it and they promised to give me refund within 3 day and now is day 5.

They have worst service lately,they dont even answer email.
