Second hand goods sold as new

<p>I've been a loyal and frequent Takealot customer for quite some time now but a recent experience with them has really changed things for me. I bought a motherboard for R1789 and received a product that was used before. The installation CD was scratched. The manual had ears and was torn from someone using it before. Packaging that was clearly sealed before was opened and then closed with cellotape. *****s and other parts were missing. The motherboard itself had fingerprints all over it. I've returned the product but now have to wait two days to find out if I can actually get my money back and then if so wait another 2 days to actually receive my money. If I wanted a second hand product I would've gone and bought it somewhere else, for probably cheaper as well. This was terrible service and classifies as false adverti*****t.</p>
