Second hand discussing product

I received a gamepad controller from takealot that was second hand. The box was broken and opened, the device was stinking horribly and was used before. Im very disappointed in takelot for packaging and shipping a product that stinks and is damaged to a client. Can one not see before packing that the device is damaged...
