Second hand delivery of Ecoflowow delta 2

I bought Ecoflow delta 2, R21k. It came Second hand why I say this is of the following. There is a note sticked on the side with clear tape written, ticket number..., overflow error, The cable box is not sealed. The enderneath rubber pads are showing that this thing has been on an unclean surface.
