Second hand damaged items

I bought a meat mincing machine,my order was delayed and then canceled after 3 weeks. There after bought one again, after 2 weeks i received my item, The problem is this items was used,and now im sitting with someone else second hand item, that has been bookedbin for repairs, they didn't even take the repair slip out of the the boks. The items is still full of old dry meat, and disgusting, how can takealot get away with this, this is exactly bad service and my days are now over with them, Check your items guys they are selling 2nd hand items as new products
