Second delivery issue within two weeks

Once again I have been messed around from a delivery perspective. This time because my order was shipped to the incorrect courier facility and now I will have to wait for them to transfer it. 2nd time In a row within 2 weeks I have 2 different issues with delivery of goods!!!!!
